Beijing as a city sparkling the light of history has developed into an
international metropolis, and by probing into the heart of the city,
there are still culture relics kept in good condition, the amazing Great
Wall, the Forbidden City and the Summer Palace, etc. All shows the past
in a spectacular way. After the capital city tour, you will fly to Tibet,
which is a piece of rich and holy land with an average altitude over
4,000m (13,120ft) above sea level, and the inhabitants of the plateau are
most faithful to their Religion and God.
Day by Day Itinerary
Departure: Daily
Forbidden City, Beijing
Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel.
The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.

Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall, the Ming Tomb and the Summer Palace. (B+L)

Day 04: Beijing
Only hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. We intend to
leave the day free for you to absorb something of the vibrant atmosphere
of Beijing. (B)

Day 05: Beijing - Lhasa
Take a morning flight to Lhasa where the altitude is 3,650 meters above
sea level. Check in at the hotel and acclimatize yourself to the high
altitude. (B)

Palkhor Monastery, Gyangtse, Tibet
Day 06: Lhasa
Visit the magnificent Potala Palace. After a western-style lunch, visit
the Sera Monastery, the Norbulingka Park and a Tibetan family. (B+L)

Day 07: Lhasa
Visit the Jokhang Temple and the thriving bazaar of the Barkhor Street.
After having a western-style lunch, go ahead to visit the Tibet Museum,
the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital and the Carpet Factory. (B+L)

Day 08: Lhasa - Xian
Take a flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Big Wild Goose
Pagoda. (B+L)
Accommodation: City Hotel
Day 09: Xian
Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum and the Provincial
History Museum. (B+L)
Accommodation: City Hotel

Day 10: Xian
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are
suggested to visit the City Wall, the Great Mosque and have some free
time to explore the Bazaar near the Mosque by yourselves. (B)

Day 11: Xian - Guilin
You are suggested to take a shuttle bus to the airport and the stop is
very near to your hotel. Board a morning flight to Guilin by yourselves.
Our guide will pick you up at Guilin airport and transfer to the hotel.
You are suggested to visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and
the Elephant Trunk Hill by yourselves in the rest of day. (B)

Day 12: Guilin - Yangshuo
Transfer you to the pier to board the cruise ship. Then the activities
along the Li River and in Yangshuo will be handled by yourselves.
Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to
Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, you may have a short bicycle trip to
the countryside. Alternatively, you can take an electric car instead of
taking bicycles. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not
meet your expectation, TCG suggests that you have enough breakfast at the
hotel today). (B+L)

Day 13: Yangshuo - Guilin - Hongkong
The morning is free. Go back to Guilin by yourselves. The shuttle bus
ticket from Yangshuo to Guilin can be purchased easily at the front desk
of your hotel. Then take a taxi to the airport to board an afternoon
flight to Hongkong by yourselves. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we
have booked for you by yourselves. (B)

Day 14: Hongkong
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are
suggested to have a half-day Hongkong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to
mid-level of Central District then to the Victoria Peak, visit the
Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market on your own. (B)

Day 15: Departure from Hongkong
You will get to the airport to board your homeward flight by yourselves.
